Financial Information

CACC is a private school  and will not receive government funds. Therefore, it is necessary for fees and tuition to be paid when due.

 

APPLICATION FEE - $50

 

This is a non-refundable one-time fee. The application fee is due when students apply for admission.

 

 

REGISTRATION FEE - $125

 

This fee is paid by all new students upon being accepted by CACC and by returning students for the next school year. CACC allows its returning students to pre-register in the month of February at a reduced rate of $75 or in the month of March at a rate of $100. Beginning April 1, all registration fees go to $125 for new or returning students. Registration and application fees are used to provide funding for the school's testing program.

 

 

TUITION & BOOK FEES FOR 1/2 DAY PRESCHOOLERS 

 

The full year's tuition and book fees for preschoolers attending from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. is $2275 (or 10 monthly payments of $227.50). If paid in full by September 1, the amount is reduced to $2175. When there are two children from the same family  at CACC, the 1/2 day pre-school annual fee is reduced to $2150 ($2050 if paid by September 1). Families with three or more children receive a reduced rate of $2025 ($1925 if paid by September 1). In order for the books to be ordered for the coming school year, 10% of the tuition and book fee is due on May 1. For those paying monthly, the remaining balance will be divided into nine payments with the first installment due September 1 and continuing on the first of each month.

 

 

TUITION & BOOKS FOR K - 8 AND ALL DAY PRESCHOOLERS

 

The combined tuition and book fee for each student in Kindergarten through the eighth grade and all day preschool is $3150 (includes rental fee of hard-back books). If paid in full by September 1, the amount is reduced to $3050. When there are two children from the same family at CACC, the tuition and book fee is reduced to $2975 per child ($2875 if paid by September 1). Families with three or more children receive a reduced rate $2800 per child ($2700 per child if paid by September 1).  In order that books may be ordered for the coming school year, 10% of the tuition and book fee is due on May 1. REFUND POLICY

 

Tuition is non-refundable unless the student re-locates out of the geographical area served by the school or he/she is asked to withdraw. The registration fee is refundable only if the school is unable to place the student or the student re-locates out of the geographical area prior to the starting of the school year. If a student withdraws from CACC, all tuition payments must be made through the month of withdrawal.

There is a $100 discount when tuition is paid in full by September 1.

 

Ten percent (10%) of total tuition is due May 1, for the upcoming school year. Books are ordered in May.

 

Most parents choose to pay tuition in ten monthly increments. For example, a family with only one child will make ten payments of $315.
